A lost tooth and some other "Firsts!"

It's been  crazy all the new things the boys are learning and doing. It seems like every day one of them is amazing us with a new "talent"! Here of some of the "firsts" that have happened recently!

A lost tooth!!
Mason lost his first tooth at school. Either I didn't remember or I didn't realize but in First Grade, this is a big deal. All the kids talk about is how many teeth they have lost. And, many of them lost teeth in Kindergarten so Mason was feeling a little behind. He was so excited and got $5.00 for his first lost tooth from the tooth fairy. We were told that $5.00 is the rate for the first lost tooth only!  I hope that's true!!

Scooter Riding!
Max mastered the art of riding the scooter by himself. He had been nervous about it but got the hang of it one afternoon. Now is loves it! Yay!!

Dress-up!
Matthew has entered the age of dress-up. Of course it super-hero stuff around here!! Complete with weapons. He lucky is so darn cute!

Blowing bubbles!

Miles has become of BIG fan of blowing bubbles with his slobber! And I mean a LOT of slobber!! It's so funny to watch and he gets so tickled!

Lawn mower driving!
It's official. Mason can drive the lawn mower all by himself. I think Brad is training him so he can take over the lawn duties next year! That means I get some help cleaning inside now too right?!?!

Rock Climbing!!
A school park by where we live has a great rock to climb up. The boys have never been able to get up there on their own before but conquered it just last week. Max got up first and Mason was not too far behind. Now to just work on getting down!!
