For a while Brad and I (or maybe just me) have been talking about how it would be nice to have a little more room at our home. So, since we will be welcoming a new little one in the summer we thought we would get on the spring real-estate selling bandwagon and see what kind of response we would get about our home. We figured, put the house on the market now, giving it a few months over the summer to get sold. Hoping that we would be able to move at least by late summer or fall in time for settling in before the end of the year. Boy, so much for planing :) I say this because I am an over-planner and Brad makes fun of me constantly for trying to plan to far in advance and not just letting things happen as they happen. Well, things happened. We met with a realtor on a Sunday for finalizing paperwork and taking pictures to put the house on the market. On Wednesday, the info was posted and we received a few bites of showings for the rest of the week. By Friday night we had an offer we couldn't turn down. So, Saturday we signed the offer and the rest, is well, happening as they happen. Yep, that's right, three days!! Unbelievable!! We never thought things would happen so fast. Now it's off to house hunting so we don't end up homeless!!
